Refund policy

At Fayçal Carpets, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade Moroccan and Berber carpets. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All of our carpets are handmade and made to order. As such, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Standard Returns
For non-customized items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your carpet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
