1. Processing Time
All our carpets are handmade to order in Oued Zem, Morocco. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared before dispatch.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally, including France, Belgium, and Morocco.
3. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
🇲🇦 Morocco: 3 to 5 business days — Free shipping
🇫🇷 France & 🇧🇪 Belgium: 10 to 14 business days after dispatch — Shipping fees apply
Other countries: 10 to 21 business days after dispatch — Shipping fees apply
4. Shipping Costs (International)
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
6. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
