All carpets sold on faycalcarpets.com are handmade and crafted by Moroccan artisans in Oued Zem, Morocco. As each piece is unique, slight variations in color, size, and pattern are natural and part of the authenticity of handmade products.
3. Orders & Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is made upon reception of your order.
Additional payment methods may be available at checkout.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may vary depending on your location.
4. Production & Delivery
All orders require a production time of 3 to 4 weeks before dispatch.
Delivery times vary by destination (see our Shipping Policy).
Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
